In order to meet the requirements established by the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, we would like to inform you that the assessment of our suppliers/partners will be carried out annually, on an ongoing basis, with the aim of reflecting overall performance in relation to the quality of the products and/or services provided. This assessment will be based on the following criteria:
- Price/Payment Terms (compliance with agreed commercial terms);
- Meeting delivery deadlines;
- Product/service compliance (receipt control);
- Company certification and product certification;
- After-sales services.
